if you are using windows then Resotore your system to a previous date
Click on start > program files> Accessories> system tools> system resotre
You will see the following screen.
click on next and you will see the following picutre
choose your date. Bold dates are keeping system restore points. Choose date which you think is best for you. Restoring to a back date will remove all installations to that date.
